Accident occurred on 4/30/22. I believe this was a 2 place tandem Bearhawk.

Lots of pictures on the pilots FB page. Hopefully not a builder miscue.

Either builder/maintainer mistake or pilot mistake. Either way, lands on the same guy in this case. Nobody likes to believe their friend screwed up and got themselves (and others) killed, but Acts of God are vanishingly rare in aviation. Human error somewhere is almost always the cause. Brutal honesty is the only way to fight it.
