Bahamas accepts BasicMed

Good news. But isn't there still the issue of the FAA not allowing international flying under basicmed? That would imply you might be fine flying to the Bahamas but could get in trouble upon return to the US

61.113(i)(2) says that the flight may not be carried out "(ii) Outside the United States unless authorized by the country in which the flight is conducted." [emphasis added]
