I have a backup USB drive that synchronizes my hard drive (Maxtor OneTouch). I have it set to copy My Docs as well as some selected application data, but I am not trying to copy the entire drive. I can't figure out which folder contains current Outlook files, as I'd like to back up my email. Any help?
Also, is there a way to automatically back up the files on a web based email? Say when you read it and it goes into cache or something, or do I just have to let stuff sit on the web acct (specifically Yahoo)?
Baby steps, please. I'm OK at this stuff but my knowledge is not that deep.
