Baby on board

Hey folks,
My wife and I have a 7 month old son and are curious when we can/should introduce him to flying in our Commander 114? I an curious about precautions to take and most concerned with protecting his hearing. I've seen Baby Banz on Amazon and just wondering if anyone has experience with these or another brand they can recommend. Any thoughts welcomed - thanks!

My son's first flight was at 2 months. He loved it, and it produced a photo of him smiling that will likely be my favorite for a long while. =)
