Its not really a blog at all, more like a forum, and not a very good one

Sounds like a sob-fest to me. I think the guy is trying to generate sympathy for himself. "Plus I have worked at this company for over a year now and only get 21 hours of vacations. Don't most company give you at least 40 hours for a vacation." What he's not telling his readers is 21hrs gets you one week off, just like 40hrs gets you one week at 'most' companies. And his grammer, well, is rather poor.

I've worked at my company for a year and a half, and I only get 10 days vacation, only one floating holiday, only one personal day, and only six sick days. Sigh... woe is me!!

Yep. It's a bad site, but the idea's good. I have my own flying blog, but not via that site. I only shared the link b/c it may be worth keeping an eye on, if any users there there takes it seriously one day...
