I am a 2nd year College student at Cypress College in Cypress California, in Orange County. I am seeking an opportunity in the Aviation Industry as a Pilot (Currently Student Pilot), and in a management position. But of course being in California where the employment opportunity is very slim, my options are not slim.

For those who are already successful in the industry, are there any particular advice you guys can give me to start up my aviation career? Thank you all

Not to disappoint you, but this is the wrong board to ask that question.

I would suggest trying some of the professional pilot boards.
