The new sectionals and A/FDs are out. Aurora's Class D area is shown, but there is nothing about the control tower or new CTAF that became effective on October 15. IAP plates don't mention it, either. Good luck to visiting pilots! I hope everybody catches the November 4 NOTAMs.
When the tower opened in October, an item on the AOPA website said,
Foreflight's sectional chart is of course the same, but the pop-up airport tab does list the tower and frequencies.
I'm told that the local ATC specialist who personally led the design of the airspace was mortified when he saw what the charting team had failed to do.
