The wife and I are planning on flying from our home base south of Atlanta to the Nashville area around the 7th of July. Then Monday we will fly from there to Sarasota, Florida...all in the name of family and fun!
We have a Garmin 295 and are looking at upgrading to a 496. Well we were until the recent price drop and speculation regarding the "new" Garmin.
We want to wait until the new unit is out to see whether we buy a 496 or the new model.
So with that said....does anyone have a 396 or 496 with active XM Weather they would be willing to loan, or rent for a small fee, for about a week or so?
