Hi!
I recently purchased an airplane with Apollo GX-60 and MX20 installed.
GX-60 has relatively fresh navdata, but MX20 data is 10 years old, airspace around has changed a lot.

I went to jeppesen.com and purchased navdata for MX20, sucessfully uploaded it to the card using JDM, but MX20 still says data is from 2008, it doesn't see an update.
In the data folder on flash card I see both old and new databases.
Any advice on how to switch MX20 to the new data?
Thank tou!

No, the data is on the card. Try and view the files on the card while connected to your computer to make sure they were updated.

The MX20 is as standard NTFS and the update is two files. The unit should load the valid file if you have done things right. It supports two copies of the database.

Amusingly, the MX20 is not only an NTFS, but it is running NT4.0. If you hold down the brightness button while you power it up you can see it boot up (upside down on the later units).

I'm seeing two databases in flash card, so I thought I might need to explicitly ask unit to use the new one.
Can I just move old DB off the card and try it again?

Yes, you can always put it back.

Thank you all, I removed files manually and MX20 picked up the latest database.
