Just about to get started with my training, and I have been contemplating a few different flight schools. This weekend I stopped by Perkiomen Valley PA, N10 and spoke with the manager and their instructors. Seemed like a very relaxed atmosphere and a good crew. They have some older planes, 25 yr old C152's and some C172's, compared to some other places local. Positives about them is that they have a narrow field, shorter than some others as well. C152's seem more agile compared to the C172, plus they rent for less. Staff is courtious and helpful, and while the flight school is busy, seems like scheduling shouldn't be to difficult.
Just looking for some other feedback before I get started. I've tried out Wings field (LOM) as well and taken two flights with them. They are very nice, have a current fleet, have flexible scheduling, and some other good points as well.
