Anyone know of a seaplane instructor in Juneau or Ketchikan?

Headed up this week on NW Explorations and would like to get my wife a seaplane flight with instruction.

Naive of me to think there would be an instructor at either of these locations apparently. Any suggestions would be helpful. So far it looks like the only option is to take a tour or charter a flight without being able to touch the controls.

Call Boyce Bingham at 907-789-4045. He may be able to help although he does mostly wheel instruction/tours. But I do know sea/floatplane instruction in Juneau is virtually non-existent.
