Anyone ever user Flyr?

Its like facebook for pilots, which is interesting because I'd heard someone else (and myself at one point) kicking around the same idea.

Their Android app blows, so I'm not sure how their iPhone app is, but it seems like a promising service.

But I haven't had a chance to use the Android app at all yet because I can't even log in. LOL!

There's also MyTransponder. Been around for a couple years now, and there are quite a few PoAers on there.

Ok - in all fairness, saying the mobile version "blows" was not right, because its actually very awesome, just not fully supported in Android 3.0 yet (no tablets). They have really fast support, and they reached out to me personally to help with the app.

That's pretty sweet.

I loaded up the FLYR app on my Droid, and found that it actually kicks some serious ass. Its worth a look.
