Another Sleep Apnea question

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, tried the CPAP route and failed miserably with the device. I then had both my maxilla and mandible surgically moved forward 1 cm(ouch that hurt!). Sleep studies post surgery have resulted in normal numbers. Other than the surgical reports and subsequent sleep studies, what will I need to provide the Feds? Will I require a yearly sleep study? Will I require a yearly "wakefulness test"?

If you have a postop sleep study that shows no sleep apnea, that wil be all you need
