FOX NEWS just reported a single engine aircraft (supposedly a Cessna) has crashed on take off from Sussex County Airport (Wantage, NJ).

Both occupants are alive and being taken to the hospital for evaluation.

Cessna 150 wound up in a creek. http://www.1010wins.com/VIDEO-PHOTO--Two-Survive-New-Jersey-Plane-Crash/4991104. Apparently no serious injuries, though one occupant reportedly suffered a broken leg.

The plane has been involved in a previous fatal crash 39 years ago in NJ: http://www.ntsb.gov/ntsb/brief.asp?ev_id=703&key=0, that one apparently involving an intoxicated pilot.
