Another good job to Lightspeed customer support

Got a pair of Sierras from Amazon. The boom was not tight enough. Sierras don’t have the nut to tighten. I used them through my checkride and tailwheel and finally submitted the ticket. Sent them in and they returned tonight. Boom is snug like it’s supposed to be and they include two of the upgraded ear seals.

Couldn’t be happier with their support!
