Air & Space had an article in this stuff about a year ago. Apparently they have cluster ballon groups with set standards and all. I guess it's getting more and more popular.

There's a guy down in NC who does a lot of more sophisticated cluster balloon stuff (I think he was a consultant on the Up movie as well). I think that's who A&S wrote up.
