Yeah, it was 10deg when I took off from the seacoast. Was 8 when I got to Alton. Quickly put the moving blankets on the cowl and the inlet plugs in.
My rolling runup was a little sketchy, but the taxiway is very wide.
I'll have to check the weather for tomorrow. It was bumpy below 4K. And I needed to practice my crosswind landings at home anyways.
