Alpine Wyoming (46U) fuel/lunch stop?

Thinking about making a fuel/lunch stop at 46U (Alpine, Wyoming), mainly because it's so scenic. However, I see conflicting comments in ForeFlight about service availability. I know there's a fly-in community there, but I understand the airport itself is actually public. Anybody have first-hand experience flying in there? Can you get a ride to/from a restaurant with a top-off?
