Airport Improvised Weapons

I don't think TSA will find out about them until they are actually used. TSA is a reactive organization, not proactive.
 
Easier method: go to DFW. Go through security. Go to the BARBER SHOP and steal their scissors.

Done.
 
If you have time and some concrete handy (typical in most modern construction), just about any piece of metal can be made into a knife. You can start with a spoon (either that or play knifey-spoony).
 
I'm sure there are a ton of weapons that could be improvised once through security. Passengers just have to stay vigilant ,see something say something. Take more flights in your own aircraft if it bothers you.

Even easier: Carry a pen or pencil and/or a magazine with you.
