Airplane to Helicopter -Headset ?

I have a pair of Bose X with dual plugs. Has anyone tried the adapter that alows you to use airplane headsets in helicopters. Does it work very well?

The adapters work fine. I've used them on Bose headsets with no discernable loss of effectiveness. (Much cheaper than buying add'l bose x headsets.)

Yes. I use my Bose in both the Cherokee and the R22 -- works fine. I got the adapter at the Helicopters Only web site.
