    • No timeline to build
    • House Restrictions: 2 stories max. Must be 35' or lower. 1,500 SF min on a one story structure. 2,000 SF min on a two story structure.
    • Hangar restrictions: 3,000 SF max
    • All structures must be 50' from the runway, roads, and marsh.
