For anybody interested, I just noticed the FAA posted (4-18-2016) the final ACS drafts for Private Airplane and Instrument Airplane. They also posted a new ACS briefing that's worth reading. I believe the Private ACS and Instrument ACS will go into effect June 15, 2016. Here's the link:
