Does adding an Air Gizmo dock to the panel require a full on A&P to sign the log if no major cuts or surgery or alterations is done to the panel?

Interesting question. Also, do you record the W&B change to include the just the dock weight, or the dock and portable weight?

If it's not preventive maintenance, it requires an A&P. Minor alterations of less than one pound generally don't require a change to the W&B but it's up to the A&P to decide.
