A small private plane parked nearby was lifted a few feet into the air by the jet wash from Biden's plane as it taxied to take off from Francis S. Gabreski Airport, said Air Force spokeswoman Maj. Michelle Lai.

The left wing of the Piper Cub was damaged but no one was on board, Lai said. Biden's 757 took off with those on board apparently unaware of what had happened.

"Biden uninjured..."

Glad they have their priorities straight...

My friend and coworker and his wife were loading his Citabria at a small airport when it was blown over by a bizjet on the ramp. US plane, British pilot (with his head up his you-know-where), Canadian airport, multi-national company. Was an interesting liability trail. Not sure if his insurance company ever received satisfaction.

Happens more than people think.

The Super Cub's that were all parked together and the one damaged are all owned by Van Wagner which is a banner towing company. They are based at Gabreski on Long Island as well as Central Jersey (47N) for the summer tow season for L.I. and the Jersey Shore.

This ain't SZ, and the pilot of AF2 has probably flown for (and certainly trained under) past administrations too, so tying this to a particular administration is uncalled for.

They can't sue Biden. He's a Delaware corporation.
