Air Ambulances exempt from User Fees

We can get a few more years out of our planes if we all convert them to air ambulances. Then they'll figure out they aren't collecting as much cash as they thought, and close that loophole.

Have they never heard of lowering taxes to increase revenue???

You're assuming those on power apply common sense tactics. They already want to increase taxes and eliminate all the previous reductions by an early sunset.
