I recently ordered one, was told 6weeks then told 8 weeks, Is B/K really going to produce these or did they buy TT just to protect there own products? Has anyone actually received one lately?
does anyone have any inside knowlege of whats going on with B/K

No. They shipped within a week of ordering. Some components, however, are back ordered.

They are indeed producing them. Where they fall short is getting the approval for the aircraft that they claim they have applied for over two years ago.

I get that when they were still a spunky little startup that was new to the certification process, but Bendix-King and parent Honeywell have been doing this since before many/most of their employees were born. If they cared enough, they'd have the approvals by now.

Avionics Source, because they’re a BT sponsor. Their site said 4-6 weeks, but I have Chase looking to see exactly how long it’ll be.

Now that Bendix-King owns it, I think it's safe to assume that (a) it will be supported down the road, and (b) in a few years that support will not be cheap.
