Allege False Imprisonment, Fraud

Two American Airlines passengers among the dozens stranded on diverted planes last year have sued the Fort Worth-based carrier, alleging they were the victims of false imprisonment, fraud and negligence.

I think it is a good idea. I am tired of the sheeple treatment that we have to submit to to travel.

there was a scandalous story where a guy fell asleep on a regional jet and woke to find himself locked in. He managed to open a the door and go down the stairs to the tarmac and wander around to the gate unescorted.

They had the passenger himself complaining about the huge problem. The problem? Not what you think.

HE COULD HAVE BEEN A TERRORIST of course!

So which airline was letting terrorists on board their jets and where did security screening fail that they let this terrorist past? Or did they even think through the problem? My guess is they did not.

You're expecting the media and public to hold two ideas in the brain at the same time? Not gonna happen.

It's not that someone failed and let a terrorist through screening (the TSA doesn't fail, remember). It's that everyone is a terrorist from the time they enter security until the time that they leave it. They're just terrorists without weapons of any kind thanks to the dilligence of the TSA. This was the crew members screw up letting a terrorist have more time in the secure area than they should have, not the TSA.

It's not just from the time they enter security. There have been cases where the former free U.S. Citizen was not allowed to leave the terminal, even though said person came nowhere near the gate.

Remember the girl in BOS with the electric sweatshirt? The guy with the rubber band ball? He spent 36 hours in jail.
