I agree. However in her case, can't she just wait a few months, until she is classified as a state resident, and then go to school on the GI Bill?

Perhaps Mafoo but ( and I don't know this) perhaps it will be to late for her to sign up for the class. Not so hot treatment of our vets IMHO.
