Nice formation work -- clean crossunders, very good station-keeping, lead is real smooth.

Three comments:

First, I don't see how you guys can fly wing on someone with his strobes on -- that drives me nuts.

Second, #2 in the 3-ship seems to go sucked all the time.

Finally, for the element takeoffs, you guys are taking a big risk by rolling with #2 that far back from lead's wingline and with what appears to be some wing overlap. In that position, if lead has any directional control problem to 2's side (tire, brake, whatever) or power loss (or otherwise has to abort), you'll have a mid-ground collision before 2 can react. Better to either move up to nearly line-abreast with adequate lateral spacing (as the T-34 Formation Flying Manual discusses, so if lead has a problem he goes behind 2 rather than into his path) or take at least 5 seconds interval between singles and rejoin airborne.
