4th of July Drones

Saw this guy patrolling the skies over our town last night around 2,300 AGL:



FlightRadar24 identified it as a L3 Latitude HQ-90C.

I wonder if it was a drone looking for illegal fireworks on the 4th, if so I imagine they might try to give out a few tickets in the near future.

IF that was a law enforcement drone, and that is how the department chose to use it, they don't deserve to have such nice equipment.

Looks like an independent contractor hired by the fire department. I like the "residents won't be able to see the technology" comment. Sure, aside from the abnormally bright pair of strobes and nav lights.
