Yeah a Jet Prop DLX has a VMO/VNE of 172 KIAS but she cruises at 260 KTAS.
 
I am, but why would the various v speeds be shown in different ways?

VNE is indicated where max cruise is a true airspeed. The Columbia cruises at 235 true but she may be indicating only like 160 to get that 235.
