You know that course that you can take on FAA's website that teaches you how to fly through the SFRA, are you actually required to take it per FAR? If so, where does it actually say that?

At the end of that course your issued a certificate saying you successfully completed it. Are you required to have it on you while your operating within the SFRA? If so, where does it actually say that?
