Pretty airplane. Don't shortchange it; by serial number it's a 1973 model. FAA registration only reflects the calendar year in which it was built (1972).

I thought it was a 73 but looked up FAA just to be sure and it said 72. I will change the add.

According to my super Project management forecasting skills, I should be writing a check late summer 2016

*This plan will easily be derailed by any of but not limited to the following:

Medical Surprises due to clumsiness, Home repair project gone awry, Job loss due to over surfing of POA

It will be limited by any Injury due to any situation involving:

• Falling out of a tree
• Falling off a ladder
• Falling out of a tree onto a ladder
• Falling off a ladder on to a smaller ladder
• Falling off the roof onto a tree and then onto a ladder of any size
• Electrical shock due to trying to drill something underwater
• Electrical shock while installing an electrical outlet in the shower
• Ligament tears due to any sort of slipping and falling off something onto something else
• Shooting myself with a bow and arrow
• Kicked by a kangaroo
• Getting shocked and falling off of something onto a kangaroo
• Getting drunk and falling off a kangaroo
• Being sober and falling off a kangaroo
• Falling off a drunk kangaroo
