Hi all,
I'm selling my 1946 Piper J3 Cub (65hp). The reason why I'm selling is because I'm looking to buy a faster airplane for XC.

Major highlights:

Metal spar wings, logbooks, 200smoh A65 Continental, airframe fully inspected, assembled & recovered in 2005, interior fabric recovered April 2012, empty weight 710lbs (max takeoff 1220lbs), stock instruments, all ADs complied, recent annual April 2012, sealed struts, autofuel STC, shoulder harness (both seats), new ELT, Maule "Tundra" tailwheel, sips gas at around 4.5gph. More details and pics available upon request. Located near Fredericksburg, Tx. Asking: $33,000.

I plan to officially put this on Barnstormers in a week or so.

If anyone is interested, you can contact me via PM.

Possibly an addition to Jeanie's Airplane Camp.

Or where's Ryan Short been?
Watching...

I'm currently attempting to secure one on a leaseback for when I change locations in the near future. If I had the money to buy it debt-free, I'd certainly be considering it.

Ryan
