piper lance

I'm interested in purchasing a Lance. The one I'm looking at has a crack inside the LoPresti cowl inlet, it almost looks like it's been chewed off inside and the other inlet is just cracked a bit. Also, nose gear doors on it have similar damage. Almost seems like the gear had been dropped...
