Logging PIC 61.51(e)(1) Fairly cut and dried. We have the same issue with people transitioning into Robinson helicopters. Per SFAR73, you can't act as PIC until you have 10 hours of training and an endorsement, but you can log PIC as long as you currently hold a rotorcraft-helicopter rating...
