This +1. Third year in a row Ill be looking. I've ruled out several models, years, and type just by browsing. Talk to owners on maintenance, ease of getting parts, and you can get educated on the typical problem spots of a given model.

Im in the process of joining a club with a Sundowner. After flying a C-172, warrior, Arrow, and (flying in) a Mooney..... I like the Sundowner. Stable, but not as heavy on the controls as the Arrow, roomy, and the range is nice.

Biggest reason to update would be to get iCloud syncing and the wireless updates from now on. There are a bunch of bug fixes as well. (Some new bugs though)
