    Consider the ILS or LOC/DME Z 11 approach into Ketchikan, AK. It doesn't seem to be an RNP approach, and doesn't require special aircraft and aircrew authorization. It does state "RF, GPS and ADF required". The RF refers to radius-to-a-fix which is the curved segment from MUSUE to PUTIY...
