    iFly 700

Have used the iFly 700 for about half dozen trips between Houston and Austin. The maps are easy to read, does a good job of keeping track of your position, with the GPS plug in. We used it together with a Garmin G1000, and the tracking is amazing dead-on.

    Old Jeppesen Approach Book

What I'm looking for is to see there was an approach plate for the following Texas Austin Bird's Nest Airport. There is some question if there was ever a FAA approach or did this airport have a private non published plate. The time frame is 1987. Thanks

    Old Jeppesen Approach Book

Three of my friends have done that already yesterday, Jeppesen only goes back ten years. Looking for an old library that might still have the books from 1980.

    Old Jeppesen Approach Book

Where does one fine an old Jeppesen Approach Plate Book, that would have the IFR approaches dating back in the eighties? If anyone know where I could fine one for Texas in the 1980 time frame, I would be much appreciated. Thanks

Grand Caravan. Wow. I want one.

Been flying co-pilot in a Garmin G1000 Caravan for 2 years, takeoff and land in less than 1,650 feet regularly. The "SVT" in the G1000 is awesome.
