For what ever reason, your charging system is not working; alternator/voltage regulator. Once you started the engine the alternator should be supporting your entire electrical load, plus recharging the battery. If it is not then then battery is trying to support the entire load.

Get the real physical first. Then look for a AMA that is a pilot, even if they have not flown in 30 years. In my experience a AMA/pilot is looking for a reason to pass you. A AMA/non-pilot is looking for a reason to fail you.

If you find some outlets have high voltage (+130)) and others low (100) you probably have a floating neutral. That would cause an imbalance between the two "phases" (Also the range and dryer will read correctly at 240). Have the neutral at the box checked.
