    Any Rutan Long EZ Pilots?

smh, why even go there? They all do poorly without fuel, with a person flying without license or medical to boot

What do you folks think of the new Cessna TTx

It does not matter what you can afford to buy. It matters what you can afford to buy, maintain and insure

What do you folks think of the new Cessna TTx

I have heard of heavy discounts on the ttx. But it doesn't make up for the shortcomings vs 22 for me. If I were in market for 4 seater (not 5) and useful load wasn't a issue. I would prefer an acclaim over the ttx.

    Aerovie

Aerovie is a great app. I use it often and the weather far exceeds the others

Logistics of Buying (especially in another state)

Almost any plane will be more than a hour drive away that you want to look at. Find a nice plane that fits your mission. Have a party that has never worked on the plane do a prebuy. Hiring SAVVY is a good way to get some great help with the process. Get a instructor to fly it home with...

    Cirrus v Cessna 400?

Would be awesome. But by the time my youngest gets big enough my oldest will be in college. So should be fine.

    Cirrus v Cessna 400?

Mooney also offered at 3rd seat in back at one time but it was even to small for 3 kids. I'm sure they would still build one that way if you really wanted it on a new one.

    Cirrus v Cessna 400?

Not 5 adults. But my wife and I have 3 kids. So it's very real for us. No marketing needed.

    Cirrus v Cessna 400?

Can you still buy the 350 version (NA)?

    Cirrus v Cessna 400?

Zero. But I'm not putting the TTx down. It doesn't fit my mission. Smaller useful load, less seats, no chute aren't subjective.

    Cirrus v Cessna 400?

So you have less than a hour (or so) in a cirrus but feel comfortable making a full judgement in thread after thread about them. This keeps getting better. Normally this type of entertainment is $$$

    Cirrus v Cessna 400?

I really needed/wanted the options a G5 gave me. The used G5 market was so strong that I just didn't see a point in buying used.

    Cirrus v Cessna 400?

The health of GM and Ford isn't based on their used car sells. If I were buying a mooney for example. I would buy used because their product hasn't changed much in over a decade. Probably Ovation, fiki, g1000, gfc 700, ac. Problem is my useful load would be in mid 800's. So I would lose...

    Cirrus v Cessna 400?

What it means is although there are a lot of cirrus haters, those people aren't buying planes, or when then the time comes to write the check they have a change of heart.
