I'm in the NJ area this weekend and looking for my aviation fix. Thought some of you might have suggestions for an aviation museum in VA/NJ area (Im West Coast based, and the Natl Air and Space is closed for renovation, otherwise I would make the Trip to DC)... TIA!

I bought one of my CFI's a model (cost about $200 or so...a very nice one..) of his favorite aircraft. An outstanding CFI should make way more than they do and way more than I afford to pay them. Also, I am guessing that they would enjoy a gift certificate to one of the more notable pilot...

You might consider taking some Mtn instruction from someone who flies up there, and get some time in the plane prior at high DA. I just went to a mountain flying FAA seminar at TVL and it was great. Good luck...
