Update: we now have a new master switch, were good for about two flight hours, but the issue has returned, with a discharge happening even at minimum load for about 20 mins straight until we got into the pattern when charging picked up again. Replaced to date: voltage regulator (new Lamar)...

I have a USB charger in the cigarette outlet that displays voltage and the voltage also drops with amps falling into discharge. Confirmed this as well with a multimeter connected to the terminal points behind the panel as well, so the load drop is real.
