    Yes, my oversight, thank you

No offense to TN residents, but I see the Venn diagram representing the Tennessee state legislature and the scientific community as just a picture of two separate circles.

The new stuff is kinda mind boggling!

Keep an eye on Craigslist - likely some deals popping up there soon https://pilotsofamerica.com/community/threads/150000-of-avionics-stolen.146962/

Tennessee Senate passes bill outlawing Chemtrails

Heck if I know, it was a joke. Though per your comment as to how it would be enforced, time spent discussing and drafting that bill would be equally as productive a use of time for a state with the 6th worst violent crime rate and 11th worst poverty rate. Worries about unintentional effects from...

Tennessee Senate passes bill outlawing Chemtrails

I think I will propose a new bill for my state legislature that allows law enforcement to investigate instances of humans being used as batteries to power AI machines while being trapped in a simulated alternate reality.

For a while I was into a surf rock band called the Space Cossacks. They're pretty cool.

Tennessee Senate passes bill outlawing Chemtrails

I didn't read the entire text of the bill, but were they successful in outlawing water vapor as a byproduct of fuel combustion?

    Windows 10 Help

Well I guess my reassurance that no harm would be done by unplugging the drive for testing purposes was inaccurate o_O Sorry about that, and better luck with the new one hopefully!

Also I'm kind of confused as to why one physical disk has 1266 GB assigned to G:, 781 to H:, and has 742 GB unallocated. Do you know why it's partitioned this way?

    Windows 10 Help

It looks like you're only using about 300MB or so on G: anyway, and H: is empty? Also can you just put those backups on an external drive and start from scratch with whatever size you need? Really though - if you want to be sure, power off the PC and unplug the HDD. If it happens to be the one...

If you go to "This PC" in the bar in either of those windows, and compare the total size with what Disk Management reports, you should be able to tell which is which. Also just unplug it and turn the PC back on... if it's your OS drive it won't work and you can just plug it back in :D

    Windows 10 Help

This is a different drive, logically, in Windows? Meaning that it sees it as D:, for example? If it's just used as storage then yes you can just replace it. If apps are installed on it then it's more complicated, but if it's just files then you can just replace the hardware.

Not life-changing by any means, but Gunship is awesome and this video is simply amazing (and a bit apropros for this board)

Personally I like Micro Center - I frequent their brick & mortar stores and would like them to keep existing (and they have a web store as well). They are an American-owned private business, vs Newegg which is majority-owned by a Chinese corporation.

What kept you going through training?

What are the reasons why you hated your solos? Being able to fly by myself (and ultimately friends/family) are pretty much my primary motivation to keep going. I'm certain that I can classify the few solos that I've done already as some of the major highlights of my life.

Does the signoff BASIC-MED physician have the authority to determine what medications are LEGAL to fly under?

Yeah, the context is important and I didn't exclude the next sentences to intentionally mislead. However the single sentence beginning with "You may not fly..." seems pretty definitive, especially as a private citizen reading that on a government agency website. But that said, I'm not sure if...

Does the signoff BASIC-MED physician have the authority to determine what medications are LEGAL to fly under?

I know that the FAA website is not the FAR, but how should we interpret the statement "You may not fly if you are taking any of these types of medications" on this page? Speaking only from a legal standpoint and not a safety or ethics standpoint...

What is it with all wx pages going to ****? (this time Windy)

"And here are the needed changes: First, a pop-up asking them to accept cookies, followed by a labyrinthine set of choices if they don't accept. Then a pop-up asking if they want to receive notifications. After that, cover the page with a window telling them that they can save 15% on their next...
