My first SnF, the wife and I were there Friday and Saturday. The Saturday night airshow was quite impressive. Best we'd ever seen. Talked with most of the LSA manufacturers and looked at a few kits. Don't know if I'll ever be able to afford something new but it's nice to see what I might get...

I flew in Saturday morning, ate a Sissy's Fixins breakfast sandwich (which was delicious) eyeballed all the airplane stuffs, got a couple free hats, a swag bag, and departed prior to the 4:30pm closure.

Absolutely! I've got a pretty decent home theater but some movies need to be seen on the big screen. The wife and I opted for the big screen at Cine Capri.

Landed at 4 airports yesterday and all I've got is a pair of Kings. Still have 3 airports to go.

I don't have any insight on Miami, but I've been a mechanic at AA (America West, US Airways) for over 30 years. Gopher's correct. Lots of movement opportunities, a decent wage, 401k match and a union pension (maybe).
