    How safe/unsafe is glider flying?

Convection does not work without gravity. As usual on POA you did not fix it but you did mis-inform the readership such as it may be.

    How do you insure?

So? You made a claim that I needed a different broker. You have no basis for that claim since you don't know which broker I was using or the circumstances of the quote.

GippsAero loses a GA10 in flight test

I'm sure there are descent conditions where 5,000 AGL is less than a minute from the ground. I've been in them in a PA-28.

Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall

Good luck. Once Ted decided that his trolling was okay MC as an objective body was done.

Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall

    Typical. No basis.

Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall

It's all personal opinion from MC. Facts don't matter.

    How do you insure?

LOL. Ted has all encompassing experience and perspective....not.

Flying for 30 years and NOW I have a panic attack????

It worked great for staining the house in Bailey. You're welcome to test it. Obviously I'm not using it much. I've also got three pump jacks that I'm using right now but should be free in a couple months. They are great for use in place of scaffolding.

Piper Warrior large engine vibration between 900-1200 RPM

I always hate it when there was no problem before annual but there is suddenly one after annual. Last one I had was A&P induced. At least he fixed it for free...

    Closing costs and agreement

$500 or less from a good shop for a typical spam can purchase.

    Closing costs and agreement

It is customary but it should be agreed beforehand. I had a buyer decide unilaterally to use escrow so they got to pay the full cost.

    STARs

It depends. Denver approach will give a STAR for an approach from the south or west to any of the reliever airports. From the east you may just get vectors. Houston may give a STAR or vectors to the relievers, haven't flown there enough figure out the whys/wheres. Anyway, fly to an airport near...

Flying for 30 years and NOW I have a panic attack????

Wanna 'borrow' my airless sprayer? It's a home depot cheapy but serviceable. Well at least it was serviceable, I haven't used it in 18 years...

    Do you have this gene?

    Classic!

    How do you insure?

Worse yet, insurers may increase rates when hull value is held steady while the market drops. The concept of being made whole again is not embraced.
  19. Clark1961

    Do you have this gene?

I was once counseled to use the term "fantastic" in response to folks saying dumb things. Now I rarely follow that counselling (surprise!) but if my response to you is ever "fantastic" know that you have been told to stop saying dumb stuff.

Why do yokes have dual handgrips?

Somewhere out on the interwebz is a vid of @SixPapaCharlie with a two-handed death grip. That one video makes all the two-handle yokes worthwhile.
