    Fuel Tank Refurb

    Does anyone have knowledge of fiberglass tanks in a Cessna 182? I've heard they were made by Monarch but I think they went out of business. Someone must have information.. it's a 1971 C-182 that came with bladder tanks but now has no bladders and the tank is obviously made of fiberglass.

    If the synthetic oil got changed at 50 hour intervals it worked fine. Some guys ran it too long and had problems. Mobil made one and so did Amsoil. Both are now off the market. Amsoil still makes oils that work just fine in Experimental Aircraft.. 15-50.. 20-50, 60 , and Exxon makes the 20-50...

    When to refuse to do an annual.

    If there is a statement in the log saying that a list was provided to the owner and the list is not available...well that should alert anyone reading the logs that this missing list is a discrepancy...and of course, where would the Annual Inspection signoff be as well?
