The symbol is a solid rectangle with a little stack on the top. In foreflight it is on the 48 hr prog chart. I'm guessing maybe it should be solid circles for rain but some anomaly shows it as described....thx

I found a symbol I can't find anywhere that defines it. Including Aviation advisory bulletin. It is a black rectangle with what looks like a little "stack" on top. In pairs. They even show it in examples but it's not on the legend. It is shown mostly on top in a "two types of precipitation"...

I talked to the folks at IFlyIFR. I am trying to get assistance from my job( we have an educational benefit. They are hung up on "accreditation". Is there even such a thing? I'll call them Monday but anyone know of such?

In further news, yesterday in 1930 Pluto was discovered at the 9th planet. Due to they fact they change the rules as they go, Pluto is no longer a planet. At one point, they were convinced that Pluto caused Uranus to "wobble". I will not go there.
