I dont really care if you believe the information or not. I have a six year old daughter in an area where this is a very real threat. Nearly every month we get reports attempted abductions from shopping centers here and almost weekly from vans. Right now the big threat is small UHaul trucks...

She didnt waste the cops time. He did his job. If you felt your time was wasted, I'm sorry. I would rather have my time wasted by a cop doing his job and know the police in my area are concerned with vehicle followings., because they are well aware of the dangers associated to it.
