    When my 345 was installed ( a little over a month ago ) the shop definitely did all of the required checks and logbook sign offs as part of the install. I agree with others to double check your log books.

    As another data point, I also went with the US Standard OnePak for my 650xi, 430w, and Gizmo docked Aera 660. I generally use Foreflight for my charts, but they are also on the Aera if I really want to squint. ;)

    Agreed. I'd be in with you as well. Unfortunately, I don't think it will get resolved, or brought to the forefront until there is a major accident in IFR conditions caused by GPS interference.

    Fortunately, it wasn't me crawling back there, but this smaller guy at the shop I took it too. I actually watched him climb in the tail to adjust a cable when I took delivery. And that was only through the battery access hatch. We weren't sure if he was going to make it out. :)

    The roll servo is under the seat, but my pitch and trim servos are in the tail.

    On my Arrow II they also installed the temp probe on the belly of the tail well behind the cargo area. I would think it is far enough away from the exhaust to be unaffected by it in flight. Also it was probably easier since the shop was already back there installing the GFC 500 servos.

    That's what I hope as a soon-to-be proud owner of a GTN 650Xi. Fortunately I decided to wait to install the 510 for a while, so not a huge difference for me since I primarily just use direct-to. Eventually, I can see myself wanting to sync between the two as I get deeper into IFR flight.
